1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aion Health website and membership services operated by Kairos Ventures Co., Ltd. (“Aion Health”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Thailand.

By accessing our website or applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What Aion Health is

Aion Health is a preventive health membership platform. We provide biomarker testing through a certified laboratory partner, personalized health analysis and protocols, and longitudinal health tracking for our members.

Our services are designed to help you understand your health data and make informed decisions about your wellbeing. We provide health information, education, and personalized recommendations based on your biomarker results and lifestyle context.

3. What Aion Health is not

Aion Health is not a medical service. We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical advice. Our reports and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Aion Health should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to medication, treatment plans, or addressing specific medical concerns.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Aion Health for urgent or emergency medical guidance.

4. Eligibility

Aion Health membership is available to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age

• Located in Thailand (for the purposes of laboratory testing)

• Able to provide valid consent for the processing of their personal and health data

We reserve the right to accept or decline membership applications at our discretion.

5. Membership and payment

Founding membership

Founding membership includes one comprehensive biomarker panel, one personalized health protocol, ongoing tracking, and regular reviews. The founding membership fee is THB 15,000, payable at the time of confirmation.

Additional testing

Retesting is available at any time after your baseline panel. The scope and cost of additional tests will be communicated to you in advance and require your agreement before proceeding.

Refunds

If you cancel your membership before your blood draw has been conducted, we will refund your membership fee in full. Once laboratory testing has been initiated, refunds are not available, as the testing and analysis process cannot be reversed.

6. Your responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when applying for membership and completing your health questionnaire

• Inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the interpretation of your results

• Follow all preparation instructions provided before your blood draw

• Consult a qualified medical professional before acting on any recommendation that involves medication or the management of a diagnosed condition

• Not share your member account or health reports with third parties in a way that misrepresents them as medical advice

7. Health recommendations and protocols

The health protocols provided by Aion Health are personalized recommendations based on your biomarker results, lifestyle information, and published health research. They may include guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and supplementation.

These recommendations are not prescriptions. They are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed physician, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Aion Health does not guarantee specific health outcomes. Individual responses to dietary, supplement, exercise, and lifestyle changes vary. The effectiveness of any protocol depends on factors beyond our control, including your adherence, pre-existing conditions, genetics, and overall health status.

8. Laboratory services

Blood testing is performed by NHealth, a certified laboratory and BDMS affiliate, operating under its own clinical governance and quality standards. Aion Health coordinates the testing process and interprets the results but does not operate the laboratory.

Laboratory results are subject to the inherent limitations of blood testing, including natural biological variation, sample handling, and assay precision. Aion Health is not responsible for laboratory errors, although we will work with you and the laboratory to resolve any issues that arise.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Aion Health website and in member reports — including text, design, graphics, logos, analysis methodologies, and report templates — is the property of Kairos Ventures Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your personal health data and biomarker results belong to you. You may request a copy of your data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Aion Health content without our written permission. You may share your own health reports for personal use, including with your healthcare providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Aion Health and Kairos Ventures Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any health outcomes resulting from actions taken based on our recommendations

• Errors or omissions in laboratory results provided by our testing partner

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• Temporary unavailability of our website or member services due to technical issues

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your membership shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.

11. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at aionhealth.co/privacy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active members via email or messaging. We will ask for your renewed consent where required by law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your membership.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication.
