Five minutes. You complete a short questionnaire covering your health goals, lifestyle, current supplements and medications, and any relevant history. We use this to contextualize your results when the report is generated.

You receive a confirmation by email. We review applications individually, typically within 48 hours. Once confirmed, we coordinate your blood draw with N Health at a time and location that works for you.

Yes. No food for 8 to 10 hours before your draw: finish dinner, sleep, and we draw before breakfast. Fasting glucose, insulin and blood fats all move with your last meal, and we want your baseline. Once your draw is booked, we send you the exact time to stop eating.

Water, yes, as much as you like; it makes the draw easier. Coffee and tea break the fast, even black, so they wait until after.

No. Keep taking any prescribed medication as normal and never skip a dose for a test. List what you take in your questionnaire, so your results are read with it in mind. A few supplements and timings matter for specific markers; your booking email tells you exactly what to pause, and when.

Two reasons. Most of the fasting happens while you sleep. And several markers follow a daily rhythm, cortisol and testosterone among them, so a morning draw is the one that can be compared with your next test. We book every draw in the morning.

A licensed N Health nurse comes to your home or office. The visit takes about ten minutes: a few documents, a blood draw and a urine sample. Outside Bangkok and the major cities, we book you at an N Health branch instead.

Our team comes to you in Bangkok and major cities. Anywhere else, we book your draw at an N Health branch; their network covers the whole country. Either way we arrange it, and you never need to contact N Health yourself.

Your full personalized report is delivered within three to five business days of your blood draw. You will receive a digital document with your complete biomarker analysis, biological age calculation, and personalized protocol.

The launch price of 12,000 THB applies until 31 December 2026. From January 2027 onwards, the program is 15,000 THB.

One payment. It covers the full biomarker panel, personalized report, and plan. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Your plan names your retest and when; we test again only what it set out to move, and quote it then.

Yes. You pay, and the program is set up in their name: they register with their own email, complete their own questionnaire and give their own consent, and only they see their report. The program is for adults. Write to us at hello@aionhealth.co with their name and we arrange the rest.

One test is a snapshot. Most of the markers your plan works on move within eight to twelve weeks: ApoB, hs-CRP, fasting insulin, ferritin, vitamin D. HbA1c is a three-month average. Your plan names which markers to test again and when, usually three to four months after your first draw, and we test only those. The second test is how you see what moved.

If your results need prompt medical attention, the report opens with it and tells you clearly what to do, including what type of specialist to consult. Our role isn't to diagnose or treat but to give you and your doctor a more complete picture than a standard panel provides, so anything that warrants a closer look gets one.

Yes. If you cancel before your blood draw is conducted, your payment is refunded in full. Once laboratory testing has started, refunds are not available because the analysis cannot be reversed.

Yes. The hormonal panel can be added at application or at any retest. The add-on fee is 5,000 THB. If you still have periods, we book the draw on day 2 to 5 of your cycle. If you use the combined pill, patch or ring, tell us first: these lower the hormones the panel measures, so it may tell you little.
