Most of us do health checkups when we remember to. A sheet of numbers we don’t understand, five minutes with a doctor. “You’re fine, come back next year.” Forgotten by the time we reach the car park.
Sometimes we just want more than “fine”. More energy. Better sleep. An answer to which training suits us, which diet, which supplement. We try one, then another. We sign up at a gym, go to the park. Our watch gives us numbers, an AI explains them, a podcast a friend shared adds a few more ideas.

The science behind it.
Dr Jaruma Sakdee, co-founder and Head of Science. D.D.S. with honors, Chulalongkorn University; endodontics specialty training and a doctorate in Oral Biology, Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She practices dentistry and is a faculty member at Srinakharinwirot University. Healthspan, the years we stay well, has been her focus beyond the clinic for many years: following current research across Western and Eastern medicine, and building protocols around food and supplement formulations. At Aion Health she sets the panel, the ranges every result is classified against, and the evidence standard behind every recommendation. Nothing goes into a plan that she has not accepted the evidence for, and she signs the report you receive.
What we do, and what we don’t.
We measure, we read, and we help you act. N Health, part of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services, runs the lab work. We read every biomarker against the others and against your questionnaire, calculate your biological age, and write your plan. The decisions stay yours. Aion Health is not a medical service. We do not diagnose or treat, and when a result needs a physician, we say so. Your data stays yours, processed with your consent under Thailand’s PDPA. What we work on is healthspan. Living longer is a consequence, not a promise.
